Exclusions:
The below mentioned services are Not included in the Built On Site System Package and should be provided by the Building Contractor.

- Plumbing – 2nd Finish (Pipes are in foundation and from double wall)
- Electrical 2nd and 3rd Finish (Electrical wire, fittings and power box hook up )
- HVAC
- Water Heaters
- Staircase Finish

- BOSS Panels support most architectural designs including flat, gable, hemp roof and other elevations.
- Delivery & On-site Supervision is available (Charges apply)
- Fixtures are not included.
- BOSS Design team to advise about the engineering for the foundation slab.
