Weber Ave Spec – Single Family Dwelling
BOSS provides 40 high quality rooms for individuals experiencing homelessness in the City of Santa Barbara. A vacant parking lot was upgraded into an unobtrusive interim housing community with 33 private sleeping rooms, 3 offices, a dining hall and common areas. BOSS Cubez was tasked with thoughtfully designing buildings to match the traditional Santa Barbara building styles.
