Serenity Homes is a 16-unit tiny home community in Baldwin Park, designed to provide temporary housing for families experiencing homelessness before they transition into permanent housing. BOSS Cubez supplies the high-quality modular homes, including two larger units to accommodate bigger families, creating a bright, safe, and welcoming environment. Residents receive comprehensive on-site services such as case management, health and mental health support, three meals a day, and access to restrooms, laundry, and shower facilities. An existing garage has been transformed into a community room where families can gather, access computers, and receive support with homework and job training. City Net operates the site with 24/7 staffing, ensuring families have constant support and a stable environment. The project is developed through a partnership between the San Gabriel Valley Regional Housing Trust, the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments, and the City of Baldwin Park, with a local preference for families in need. Serenity Homes offers dignity, safety, and wraparound services that help families stabilize and take the next steps toward long-term housing.

“Overall we had an amazing experience working with BOSS, all questions were addressed, and delivery deadline was met to avoid any delays with our project deadline. BOSS provided a relatively seamless process with very detailed direction in regard to assembly of the units. Products are of very high quality and really have provided a great housing solution alternative for our residents.”

— Bernardo Navarrete, City of Baldwin Park

“Our streets have literally become the waiting room for housing, I think this is a real game changer.”

— Elizabeth Funk, Founder of DignityMoves

“The BOSS system has been intelligently and strategically designed so the site assembly was remarkably simple. This led to a great balance between on site construction, organization and manufacturing expertise in this project.”

— Michael Waters, Swinerton Builders
