3 Generations of Building Innovation

Our Story

For Over Twenty Years…

Boss was founded with a bold vision: to revolutionize the way homes and communities are built. What began as a passion for smarter, more efficient building systems has grown into a mission-driven company serving builders, developers, families and cities across the U.S. We saw the limits of traditional construction—too slow, too costly, and not scalable to meet today’s housing needs—and set out to change it. From that realization, Boss was born.

Today, we design and build innovative housing and community solutions using modular and panelized systems that cut project timelines and labor costs by more than 50%, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Our work spans a wide range of solutions, from permanent modular homes and ADUs, to on-site assembled housing systems, to rapidly deployed pop-up cabins, bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and offices. Our projects are backed by our certifications as a California HCD modular manufacturer and licensed California general contractor, ensuring compliance with California Building Codes, Appendix P for emergency housing, and California DGS requirements.

At Boss, we believe housing should be accessible to everyone. Just as every city has hospitals, fire stations, and schools, we envision a future where every community also has highly affordable housing options for all it’s residents whether in single family, multi family or interim housing. Our next chapter is about scaling-expanding across the U.S. and into every city, continuing to innovate with smarter building systems, and bringing speed and affordability back into construction.

Boss is not just a building company; we are a movement redefining how communities are built.
